Item prices do not include shipping costs. These will be added at checkout. We have a flat shipping rate policy based on the country, shown in the list below. This way, you can know the shipping cost of your purchase upfront. You can also select "in-store pickup" at no extra charge.
DELICATE PARTS
For large ceramic pieces, due to their delicacy, we quote shipping individually, pack them with great care, and take out additional insurance to protect your items. We will inform you of the shipping cost before confirming and finalizing your purchase.

If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Formentera or a country that is not on the list, we will gladly send you your order. You can contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will quote the best messaging option. (info@enraizarte.es, +34 661 851 133).

Purchases made (with confirmed payment) from Monday to Thursday, before 8 p.m., are shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday ship out on Monday, and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship out on Tuesday morning.
